In these Terms & Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Gillie and Marc, whose Instagram handle is @gillieandmarcart. The "Prize" consists of a Gillie and Marc Limited Edition Sculpture, a set of 4 Budgy Smuggler x Gillie and Marc (winner’s choice of size & style), and a Gillie and Marc Tote Bag & Signed Coffee Table Book. The total prize value is AUD $2,493.

By entering this competition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (AEDT) on March 10th, 2025. One winner will be selected at random by The Promoter and announced on Instagram Stories on March 11th, 2025. The winner will be contacted via Direct Message on Instagram. The competition is open to all participants, and no purchase is required.

Entries must be made by tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the ‘Gillie and Marc x Budgy Smuggler Giveaway’ post from March 4th, 2025, and following both @gillieandmarcart and @budgysmuggler on Instagram.

Entrants must be over 18 years of age. Employees of The Promoter and Budgy Smuggler are not eligible to enter. Instagram is not affiliated with or involved in the competition. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered via Instagram. The winner will be announced on Instagram Stories on March 11th, 2025. The Promoter is not liable if the prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. The Promoter is also not responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid. To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter’s liability is limited to the cost price of the Prize.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or higher value. Shipping costs to the winner’s location will be covered by The Promoter, though the winner will be responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred through international shipping. The winner’s contact details may be requested to fulfil the Prize. The delivery date will be arranged with the winner after confirmation of details.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner’s name and social media handle may be shared on The Promoter’s social media profiles after the winner is selected.
