For Gillie this oath began as a little girl after she saw a mother elephant gunned down by poachers, a moment that will stay with her forever. As we created the stack, adding in our love of photography and delicious pears, it got us wondering, what would an elephant’s stack look like? It would probably include lots of food and the members of its herd. But on the top of the stack, the thing that is most important in its heart would be the desire to be safe and loved, free from the threat of poachers.
