Terms and Conditions
Gillie and Marc’s Giveaway for the “$5,000 Mega Art Prize” is open to individuals aged 18 or older as of the date of entry. To participate, entrants must provide proof of purchase of Gillie and Marc's latest book, The Adventures of Rabbitwoman and Dogman – A Journey to Save Wildlife. This giveaway is open internationally unless prohibited by local laws, and employees of Gillie and Marc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. 

To enter, participants must submit proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) via email to gallery@gillieandmarc.com. Only one entry per person is permitted, and multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary where prohibited by law. The giveaway begins on September 10, 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on September 29, 2024. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. 

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on September 30, 2024. The winner will be announced via Gillie and Marc’s social media platforms within 48 hours and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If no response is received within this time frame, an alternate winner may be selected. The prize is an artwork and gift package from Gillie and Marc with an estimated retail value of AUD5,000. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

Shipping costs to the winner’s location will be covered by Gillie and Marc, though the winner will be responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred through international shipping. The delivery date will be arranged with the winner after confirmation of details. By entering, participants agree to allow Gillie and Marc to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and delivery of the prize. Gillie and Marc will not share, sell, or disclose personal information to third parties without prior consent, except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway. The company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who submits an inappropriate or fraudulent entry.
