If you could see your brain working, what would it look like? Would you see the synapses firing? Would different emotions make your brain work harder? What color would they be?

After studying the patterns of actual brainwaves, Gillie and Marc are bringing them to life in their most emotional exhibition, Brainwaves. Created with pure emotion, these paintings reflect the emotional state of the artists while painting. To encourage their minds into different emotional states, Gillie and Marc played a different song for each painting, tapping into their inner feelings and coaxing them onto the canvas. Brainwaves is a collection of emotions and the secret images they create.

This unique exhibition shows how much our emotions control our behavior. Your fear, excitement, and passion are what shape what you do. We give a lot of credit to our logical brain. But Brainwaves will leave you thinking, what’s really controlling those waves?

Artwork Features
Abstract art is one of the freest styles, a style where the artists are not bound by the limitations of reality and can let their imaginations and emotions run wild. In their first abstract collection, Gillie and Marc have created a wonderland of colour, creating scenes of the world around them in a way that transcends the traditional. Inspired by the great abstract artists such as the Delaunays, Kline, and Kandinsky, Gillie and Marc have evoked a celebration of colour and joy, showcasing their emotions in a vibrant scene that is both beautiful and unique.

Care Instructions
It is important to keep your painting out of direct sunlight and not to lean anything against the surface of the canvas. If it gets dusty, it can be cleaned with a soft dry cloth.
