About the Exhibition
Return of the Wild brings Gillie and Marc’s much-loved wildlife sculptures into the lush surroundings of McKee Botanical Garden in Vero Beach, Florida.
Wander through the Garden’s tropical landscape and discover a collection of bronze animals appearing amongst ancient trees, rare waterlilies and winding pathways. The exhibition features a baby giraffe, cheetah, Indian elephant, Grévy’s zebra, hippo, Marsican brown bear, Arctic fox, giant tortoise and playful chimpanzees.
At the heart of Return of the Wild is Gillie and Marc’s lifelong passion for wildlife and conservation. Each sculpture celebrates the beauty and individuality of the animal it represents, inviting visitors to come face-to-face with extraordinary species and form a deeper emotional connection with the natural world.
Set within McKee’s historic 18-acre subtropical garden, the exhibition brings art and nature together in a celebration of wildlife, conservation and the importance of protecting the animals with whom we share our planet.
