About the Exhibition
The Australian Native Animal Trail is a permanent public art exhibition in Canberra celebrating Australia’s extraordinary native wildlife. Featuring a series of beautifully detailed bronze sculptures by Gillie and Marc—including kangaroos, koalas, cockatoos, echidnas and other much-loved Australian species—the works are installed throughout the landscape to create an engaging trail for visitors to discover.
Designed to encourage exploration and interaction, the exhibition brings art, nature and community together while celebrating Australia’s unique wildlife and the importance of protecting it for future generations.
