A Wild Journey to a Safer Future brings two of Gillie and Marc's most beloved interactive public sculptures to Scottsdale for a one-year exhibition, transforming public spaces into places of wonder, connection, and conservation. Presented by YAM Properties, the exhibition celebrates the power of public art to inspire communities, encourage meaningful interaction, and spark conversations about protecting the world's endangered wildlife. Visitors are invited to climb aboard, take photographs, sit beside the sculptures, and become active participants in the artworks themselves.
At the heart of the exhibition are Gillie and Marc's iconic characters, Rabbitwoman and Dogman—unlikely soulmates who symbolize acceptance, diversity, and the belief that love has the power to overcome differences. Throughout the exhibition they journey alongside endangered animals, reminding us that humanity and wildlife are deeply connected, and that together we all share a responsibility to create a safer future for the natural world.
The exhibition features The White Rhino Bench of Friendship, an inviting sculpture that highlights one of the world's most endangered animals while encouraging visitors to pause, reflect, and gather together. More than a sculpture, it is a place of conversation, friendship, and empathy, reminding us that protecting wildlife begins with human connection. Alongside it is The Giraffe and Chimpanzee Were on a Wild Ride to a Safer Place with Rabbitwoman and Dogman, a joyful tandem bicycle sculpture that celebrates adventure, optimism, and coexistence. Visitors are encouraged to climb aboard and join the symbolic journey toward a brighter future where people and wildlife thrive together.
For more than three decades, Gillie and Marc have transformed public spaces in over 250 cities around the world into immersive experiences that inspire compassion and action for endangered species.
