Artwork Features The purest example of the artist’s freehand work, Gillie and Marc’s ‘Contemporary Line & Stencil Paintings’ are a stunning series that pairs unashamedly bold colors with deep black line work to form intimate moments featuring their signature alter egos, endangered wildlife and more. The carefully selected vivid colors and unmistakable imagery means no two pieces are alike and can have multiple meanings the more they are viewed. Gillie and Marc paint each unique canvas side-by-side ensuring love is engrained in every brushstroke of each one-of-a-kind work of art. Recently inspired by the pop style of Andy Warhol and the iconic stencils of street artists Banksy and Mr. Brainwash, Gillie and Marc expanded their collection with the edgy addition of using spray paint stencils on their canvases. The stark contrast of bright colors beneath a dark stencil breathes life into this limited series, embodying Gillie and Marc’s philosophy of the importance of accessible art by playfully bringing the street to the canvas.

Description Rabbitwoman and Dogman have come to a realisation. One of the reasons that humans have become so separated from the natural world is because they have forgotten who they really are. We are all animals. We are just as much an animal as our adorable puppy best friend, as much an animal as the mighty lion who rules the pride lands. Rabbitwoman and Dogman thought that maybe if they could remind the world about this simple fact then people would want to fight for conservation.

Description In a series of contemporary abstract style paintings, Gillie and Marc are bringing the vibrancy of the forest to canvas and the joy of nature into peoples homes. Beautiful as they are, these paintings are a little bit special. For every painting sold, the artists have pledged to plant 200 trees in real life, creating forests across the planet and healing the world. Everyone who buys a painting or print will become a ‘Future Forest Planter’ and will be provided with a certificate with the amount of trees they have planted.
Artwork Features Abstract art is one of the freest styles, a style where the artists are not bound by the limitations of reality and can let their imaginations and emotions run wild. In their first abstract collection, Gillie and Marc have created a wonderland of colour, creating scenes of the world around them in a way that transcends the traditional. Inspired by the great abstract artists such as the Delaunays, Kline, and Kandinsky, Gillie and Marc have evoked a celebration of colour and joy, showcasing their emotions in a vibrant scene that is both beautiful and unique.

Description Rabbitwoman and Dogman were true Brits. They loved living in London, cycling around the busy streets, soaking in all the history, and flourishing with all the diversity in this melting pot of a place. They also loved how eager their fellow people were when they were told about conservation projects. They knew that the English had a heart of gold and were happy to help all the animals in need if it was brought to their attention. Rabbitwoman and Dogman made it their mission to bring the story of as many animals to the UK as possible and see them flourish.
Artwork Features Gillie and Marc’s latest work is an exciting explosion between their painting and sculpture. With a love for both 2D and 3D work they have created a unique style of work which are in essence sculptured paintings.
Gillie and Marc spent a lot of their early creative life in Ubud, Bali. This was the home of painted wood carvings. They began to collect many Balinese wood carvings and learned how to artistically paint wood. Over the years they experimented in relief woodcuts looking to give it a contemporary feel. Much of their inspiration is looking at traditional art forms like bronze sculpture and wood carving and then creating ways to make it contemporary.
They are excited and proud to introduce their latest and favourite collection “Woodcut POP". These are carved wooden panels primed and sealed and then painted with a pop gloss enamel. These vibrant and exciting works allow the 2D paintings to fly off the wall giving excitement and dimension to wall art. Rabbitgirl and Dogman literally pop off the wall in a 3D effect. The modern explosion of colour and vibrancy is contemporary art at its cutting edge.
Galleries, collectors and corporates across the globe have already fallen in love with Woodcut POP with 10 major commissions now in progress.
Care Instructions It is important to keep your painting out of direct sunlight and not to lean anything against the surface of the wood. If it gets dusty, it can be cleaned with a soft dry cloth.

Description Rabbitwoman and Dogman were original thinkers. They always managed to find themselves in the most surprising situations because they weren’t afraid to think outside the box and give anything a go. While some people enjoyed riding horses, Rabbitwoman and Dogman liked to ride many different animals, even a flamingo (but only if they’re willing of course!)

Description Flowers are remarkable things. They are beautiful, smell delicious, and have such an incredible calming power. Rabbitwoman and Dogman loved giving each other little flower gifts, picking their favourites as they stroll down the streets. Dogman had found some particularly beautiful ones today. They were so excited to sit back and soak in the power of the flowers.

Gold leaf sheets are carefully laid onto the canvas, brushed, and smoothed out, adding a wonderful, glittery effect to its surface. Gillie and Marc believe that every moment can be a luxury. This idea is brought to life in these paintings, with even the simplest moments becoming incredible.
Please note: All canvases come stretched and ready to hang, however if you would like your painting to be framed, Gillie and Marc are happy to provide this service for you at your request. For framing enquiries please email us.
Care Instructions It is important to keep your painting out of direct sunlight and not to lean anything against the surface of the canvas. Handle with clean, dry hands as oil from the skin will mark the gold leaf. If it gets dusty, it can be cleaned with a soft dry cloth.
