Gillie and Marc eGift Card Policy
Effective Date: January 2023

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of Gillie and Marc eGift Cards, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Gillie and Marc Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Gillie and Marc") is dedicated to providing a convenient and user-friendly experience for our valued customers when using our eGift Cards. Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before purchasing or using our eGift Cards.

  1. Validity Period:
    Gillie and Marc eGift Cards are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. After this period, the eGift Card will expire and cannot be used for any transactions.
  1. Redemption Methods:
    Gillie and Marc eGift Cards can be redeemed for available artworks by

    d. Visit our gallery at 19-21 Byrnes St, Botany NSW, Australia (Note: Our gallery is open by appointment only, so please contact our team prior to your visit)
  1. Delivery Method:
    eGift Cards will be sent digitally via email to the email address provided by the purchaser during the checkout process. The email will contain the eGift Card code, value, and other relevant information. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the accuracy of the recipient's email address. A physical gift card will not be provided.
  1. Applicability:
     Gillie and Marc eGift Cards are redeemable exclusively for artworks and products available at Gillie and Marc Gallery (located at 19-21 Byrnes St, Botany, NSW, Australia). 
    Gillie and Marc eGift Cards are not applicable for the purchase of any discounted artworks or promotional items. They can only be used for the purchase of regular-priced artworks available at Gillie and Marc Gallery. T hey cannot be used at any other physical or online location.
  1. Redemption Restrictions:
    Gillie and Marc eGift Cards are not redeemable through any affiliated stockist, reseller, or online platforms. They can only be redeemed in person at the Gillie and Marc Gallery mentioned in Section 2 of this policy.
  1. How to Redeem:
    eGift Cards are redeemable by contacting Gillie and Marc Gallery at gallery@gillieandmarc.com or call +61 2 9666 3337.

    Please provide the eGift Card code when making your redemption request. All eGift Cards will include a unique redemption code, delivered to the recipient via email. This code is required to complete the redemption process and should be kept confidential to prevent unauthorised use.
  1. Non-Refundable:
    eGift Cards purchased from Gillie and Marc are non-refundable. They hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
  1. Lost or Stolen eGift Cards:
    Gillie and Marc are not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards. Treat your eGift Card code with the same care and security as you would cash. Any unauthorised use of the eGift Card will be at the sole responsibility of the cardholder.
  1. Balance Inquiry:
    To inquire about the remaining balance on your eGift Card, please contact our customer support team at gallery@gillieandmarc.com 
  1. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law:
    Gillie and Marc eGift Cards are issued and governed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, and these terms and conditions are consistent with the rights and obligations established by this law.
  1. Amendment and Termination:
    Gillie and Marc reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this eGift Card policy at any time, without prior notice. The terms and conditions in place at the time of purchase will apply.
