Travel Everywhere With Love

Travel Everywhere with Love is a global public art project by Gillie and Marc celebrating love, diversity, acceptance and our shared humanity.

At the heart of the project are Rabbitwoman and Dogman, Gillie and Marc’s iconic characters and two unlikely companions who found love despite their differences. With no defined race, religion or culture, they represent the belief that what connects us is far greater than what separates us.

Through monumental, interactive bronze sculptures placed in leading cities around the world, Travel Everywhere with Love carries a simple message: wherever you come from, you are welcome here.

The project was created in response to a world facing increasing division, displacement and changing attitudes towards borders and migration. Rather than focusing on what separates people, Gillie and Marc wanted to create something joyful and optimistic — public art that encourages people to meet, interact and feel connected.

Each city that hosts a Travel Everywhere with Love sculpture becomes part of a growing global network standing for diversity, inclusion, peace and togetherness. Residents and travellers are invited to sit with the sculptures, photograph them, share them and become part of their story.

The project began in New York City with the installation of the larger-than-life Paparazzi Dogman and Paparazzi Rabbitwoman on Avenue of the Americas. At the time, Rockefeller Group Senior Vice President Bill Edwards praised the sculptures and their message of “equality and inclusiveness,” describing them as a fitting addition to an avenue created to celebrate cultural and international connections.

Since then, the idea has continued to resonate with cities and organisations around the world.

Travel Everywhere with Love is ultimately about something beautifully simple: a world where our differences are celebrated, strangers feel like neighbours, and everyone has a place to belong.
