About the Exhibition:
Golden Gate Park’s iconic JFK Promenade transforms into a wonderland of love, laughter, and environmental care with Eat, Travel, Play, Care — a vibrant public art exhibition by internationally acclaimed artists Gillie and Marc. Featuring their beloved characters, Rabbitwoman and Dogman, this interactive installation is part of the Golden Mile Project, inspiring unity and compassion in one of San Francisco’s most beloved spaces.
Through five captivating bronze sculptures, the exhibition celebrates the everyday moments that make life beautiful — from cooking a meal together to caring for our planet. Each piece is infused with the artists’ signature charm and deeper themes of connection, diversity, and shared humanity.
Rabbitwoman and Dogman, the anthropomorphic icons of Gillie and Marc’s practice, represent a perfect union of opposites — a rabbit and a dog, together in love. Their story has captured hearts across the globe, symbolizing tolerance, acceptance, and the beauty of difference.
Whether you’re an art lover, a family on an outing, or a traveler discovering San Francisco, Eat, Travel, Play, Care invites you to pause, reflect, and interact with art that speaks to the soul.
