About the Exhibition:
Nestled on the picturesque shores of Port Stephens, Rabbitwoman and Dogman at the Port brings a heartwarming fusion of art, play, and storytelling to one of New South Wales’ most beautiful marina destinations. Set against the backdrop of the pristine waters of the Port Stephens Great Lakes Marine Park, this permanent exhibition features a series of interactive bronze sculptures by internationally celebrated artists Gillie and Marc.
Through their iconic characters — Rabbitwoman and Dogman — the artists invite visitors into moments of joy, companionship, and whimsy. Each sculpture tells a story, offering both a visual delight and a chance to connect with themes of love, travel, acceptance, and adventure.
From playful dives and shared coffees to biking through life as one, the exhibition captures the essence of Rabbitwoman and Dogman’s unique bond and celebrates the magic of human (and animal) connection. The addition of Benjamin from the famous Paparazzi Pack adds a splash of celebrity charm, linking Port Stephens to an international movement of public art.
Rabbitwoman and Dogman at the Port is more than a sculpture series — it’s an invitation to slow down, engage, and become part of their world.
