Koalas are interesting creatures. These seemingly lazy animals are solitary, becoming aggressive if another koala invades their territory. But that is not the whole story! Koalas prefer to live close together, one to a tree. Even if there are many trees to choose from, it seems they find comfort in the presence of other koalas (as long as they don’t come too close!) We like to think of this like a sibling relationship: they squabble and fight, trying to gain the best food and positions. But when it comes down to it, they really love each other and are never far away to give help when needed.
